I applied on Alter Domus's Career page. A few days later I was called by Talent Acquisitions. They asked me about myself and what I was looking for at my next job. The second round was a couple of weeks later. I met virtually with a manager for 45 minutes and then a senior manager for another 45 minutes. The questions included the generic "tell me about yourself", some behavioral questions, and some very easy technical accounting questions about journal entries. They also asked why I was interested in the position. The interviewers were very personable which made the process enjoyable. The final round was a 30-45 minute interview with a Director. The questions were essentially the same as the second round. A week or so later I received the offer letter. The entire process took about a month and a half.

Brief phone call with HR followed by an interview with 2 hiring managers. HR asked about my CV and my experience, the hiring managers focused more on the role itself and asked for specific examples of situations based on prior experiences.
