I applied online, then got an email a few days later inviting me to a video interview. I was given 30 to 90 seconds per question to prepare and another minute or two to answer. I was a little nervous with the way speaking to the software to answer the questions.

Smooth and straightforward, provided clear instructions to questions and the hr was friendly and helpful. But I was being told that the result will come out in around 3-5 days, but I was not informed for over 2 weeks.

Straightforward process that includes a case study and roleplaying exercise. After applying I got an email asking me to do a psychometric test and then was asked to go through a phone screen with a recruiter.
