The HR department took a group of people. To a conference room, we had to read a script. Basically they wanted to know if we can read. I did excellent with reading the script, plus I was first. If you know how read you'll go through the next hiring process. Then two of HR brought us to a next room where we had to listen two calls on the computer. We had to rate the calls which one was bad or good. After they did an on the spot drug test. Then gave us our results. We was hired and started doing training two weeks later.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
