Applied on a Monday, received call from hiring manager Wednesday, over the phone interview and online assessment on Friday, was asked to drive hundreds of mile for face to face interview, interviewees were lower level employees, said would let me know if have the job in 1 week, took 2 weeks, said that i did not get the job because i didn't qualify (i have tons of experience in this field and I was dressed better than their current employees and managers)..I've never gotten turned down before by any company after having a face-to-face interview, until Allstate..
The interview was simple. I had one interview with the hiring manager that lasted about an hour. She was very nice and I was able to ask any questions I had at the end of the interview.

First you do an assessment then a phone interview and finally in person interview its quick and they tend to be genuinely friendly and accommodating to issues was not too bad

The interview was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After they asked a few behavioral questions they went over work history. Then we did a tour of the facility and they had me to sit with a specialist while I watched her take a few calls. Once that was over they told me I’d hear something back within a week
