After submitting my resume online, I was then contacted to complete a skills assessment online. Based on the outcome, I was then contacted by a central hiring team and scheduled for an interview with local management. This process took approximately 1 month.
The first interview was 1:1 with the department manager & supervisor, asking the basic interview questions: where do you see yourself... how long were you at your previous job... why are you leaving your current position... best/worst qualities... ect. I was advised to expect feedback soon.
About a month later, the second interview occured between the department manager & her supervisor. It was more like he was getting a feel for me without really asking me for a lot of info. Most of my questions were answered in the previous interview, so I didn't have a lot of interaction during this session. I was advised a decision would be made "soon".
I was offered the position about a month later.

Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.

Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen
