My experience was a a waste of time and never have I dealt with such an inefficient process. First I had the interview with the HR, after which they scheduled another day and time with the technical team. The interview questions from the technical team felt like they were taken from Google 5 mins before the interview. No technical questions to Guage the ability of the person being interviewed, instead they were expecting stories after stories(When was the last time questions) . They scheduled another interview with the same person 2 weeks after, and she asked the same questions all over again. I have never seen a company or a person who wastes the interviewee's time by asking the same questions which they already got the answers to in the first round by the same person.
I got the rejection letter. After one hour, I get another email from a person in another department whom I have never spoken to who wanted to know my first day of joining. Keep in mind this is after I get a rejection letter.
Let me tell you, don't waste your time, leave them alone, they will fail by themselves. It's not just me who's saying this, just look at the 1000s of 1 star reviews they received for their service on Google.
Glad I dodged this one.
