The whole process started due to an initial offer I received from the company to join it. I had a first meeting with whoever would be my manager and after some time, we started the recruitment process itself which included a phone interview with the hiring manager, an interview with a member of the company's team who gave me homework, another interview with the same guy to go over the exercise and several more conversations with the recruitment manager to close all the details.

How do you prioritize when two different departments are pushing for their requests at the same time, but you only have the capacity to deliver one?
The interview process at AllCloud was well-structured, efficient, and engaging. It began with an initial screening with a recruiter, who was communicative and provided timely, informative responses throughout the process.
This was followed by a series of interviews with team members and hiring managers, where I had insightful discussions about the role, company culture, and expectations. Each interviewer was knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong dedication to the organization.
Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized, making for a positive candidate experience.

Entretien
The process was quick. First was a phone interview with HR that was amazing throughout the whole process . Next was an interview with a Manager. He gaslighted me the whole interview. Each answer I gave about my experience was challenged and constantly implied I am actually lying. I should have stopped the interview after a few minutes but didn't. I have never had such a horrible experience.

Still to this moment I am not sure on the exact position I was interviewed. I was asked questions about four different positions : Implementer, System Analyst, Project Manager and PMO.
