First of all a telephone interview with the intention to test my English level, after a few days later another telephone call in order to schedule an Skype interview. The Skype interview was extensive, about 60 minutes, first questioning about some personal issues (civil status, children, current salary), and after that questioning about skills and technologies fundamentals for the application. After that, we talked about the job, how many money I wanted to make and when would I be available to start at.
