Applied through their career page and then about a month later was contacted by recruiter. Met with 4 members of the group for a half hour each. Covered typical questions.

Applied cold through email and website. Then was randomly called after months of silence for a phone interview, well after OCI. Went well and more so chatted in general than interviewed. Then silence until finally giving up.
