      Very simple process. Interviews with 3 different managers, asked basic questions about background and fit for the job. Took roughly 45 minutes. Was notified within the week of a job offer

      Entretien

      I would like to start by thanking the company for keeping me updated during the hiring process, including notifying me that they chose to move forward with another candidate. However, my overall experience suggests that this role was not a priority for the organization. Unfortunately, my experience was as follows: I took a day off from work and drove two hours for the interview, only to find that the managers I was supposed to meet with were available to meet with me. Instead, I was left to sit with a current employee for about 10 minutes to watch them work and ask questions. This brief and unstructured interaction did not provide me with the insight I needed to determine if the role was a good fit. What is particularly disappointing is that the company should have informed me that my interview time was no longer convenient and rescheduled. I later learned that I am not the only candidate who experienced this kind of treatment. The poor internal communication was not only a lack of respect for my time but also a clear indication of their disinterest in me as a potential candidate. Overall, I do not have a positive impression of the company culture based on this experience. This office's inefficiencies and lack of communication raised concerns about how the company might treat its employees. A job interview should be a two-way street, where both parties can evaluate if the opportunity is mutually beneficial. Not having the chance to speak with these managers, whom I was supposed to meet, was unprofessional and hindered my ability to make an informed decision.

      I was only asked questions during my zoom interview. No further questions were asked at the in person interview by the interviewer as she asked everything she wanted to during the zoom and the other managers I was supposed to meet with did not show.
