Contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. Had a phone conversation with the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. RBS brought me to North Carolina for an interview. I showed up at the appropriate time only to find out that the team in IT didn't know I was coming. They scrambled to meet with me even though the hiring manager was actually out of the office that day. I finished the interview, flew home and submitted my expenses. A few days later, I received a check in the mail. I never heard back from them again. Not a rejection or explanation. Nothing. Unbelievable.
