Pros: - Incredibly friendly team members, and the CTO was easy to talk to - Great thought-provoking questions to really narrow down if the candidate is a right fit for the company, and vice versa Cons: - The process from start to finish seemed much longer than it needed to be (3 online interviews, and 1 online meet and greet - took nearly a month) - The feedback provided during each interview was not aligned with the overall results. It was very misleading - Job description should be more clear right from the start, as it would save everyone a lot of time and energy. If you're looking for a team lead role, interview for a team lead role. Candidates' experience is written on their resumes, and if that does not align with what the company is looking for, don't continue the interview process.
