Overview of the role and process in a group setting with 10+ other applicants. Long and drawn out presentation that seemed rather unprofessional. You are then given the option to schedule a follow up second interview which is really your first chance to even speak
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
