Entretien
First I went in for a presentation. It was OK; got a fair amount of info on the company. The next day I went in for a one on one interview with the regional manager. He didn't ask me any questions about myself or my qualifications so apparently he didn't care to get to know me or see if I was a good fit before offering me a job. He just answered questions I had by rambling on about his experiences with the company.

Entretien
I thought this was an excellent screening process. Questions were answered in detail. The job was fully explained. Nanette is funny, honest and was very open about what to expect. She also offered her phone number for follow up.
Super easy will get the job if you aren't dumb. Interview was virtually with the head guy at the department. Interview was maybe 10 minutes maximum. Don't be nervous by far the easiest interview I have ever done. The hardest part comes when you truly do the job

Entretien
Group-style interview on Zoom where they explained how the job works. Everyone was able to introduce themselves and ask any questions they had. Manager called after the interview if they were interested in further pursuing you as an employee.
