You first have a phone screening with an internal recruiter. The next step is to interview in a field office with an account manager and customer service supervisor. After that, you shadow a few recruiters for a half day. The shadow may be the same day or scheduled at a different time.

I had two phone interviews and then one in person interview that was rescheduled multiple times. They told me I would hear by the end of the week and never got back to me. I reached out to them and they ignored me. Clearly I didn’t get the job, but after three interviews, they should at least have the courtesy to let you know you didn’t get it.
