It was brief. Just one quick phone interview with the HR manager plus one in-person interview with 1 senior staff member as well the HR manager. They were in a bit of a crunch to hire people as this company has quite high turn over.

They asked me how good I was with Excel - a very essential skill to have in this company.
Just to clarify: Our turnover rate is about 5% points lower than the average rate, and comparable to rates seen in "Canada's Top 100 Employers" and "Best Places To Work".
