The interview process consists of a three-step interview process. In the first interview, Holly just discussed the position in more detail and answered all of my questions. She also took the time to ask me questions about myself and really gauged how fitting i'd be for the position. The second interview, I discussed with Holly the my strengths and weaknesses and how they could apply in the workplace. The third interview was really easy and simple, just went over my thoughts on the job.
