I was referred by an existing employee. It was onsite interview at their 1 Lake office. Management, and HR both are involved in the interview process. They appreciate my time and effort and gave us the star buck gift card in my 1st visit. I thought I missed this opportunity, a week later they invite me for the 2nd round interview.
