they emailed me and set a date for coding exercise online. I have to say that their way of testing the skills of an individual isn't efficient at all. I had 2 offers from other companies based on these companies test outcome that I had to undertake. it wasn't nothing like this company. it wasn't hard per say but very confusing and not fair in way to test the skills of a developer. while taking the test I decided on the spot that it isn't a company that I want to work with. if we start unfair, it will be as unfair to me down the road.

Entretien
Interview process involved 4-5 interviews with various people in the organization. Some of the questions seemed carried over from previous interviews. There were 3-4 phone interviews (one of which was a coding exercise). The last interview was on-site and with a group of 4 people (the HR rep, a manager, the director of technology, and a lead developer).

Had an over the phone interview with HR. They seemed to be nice, yet had an inexperienced HR person asking questions over the phone. Seems like he was reading off a script and didn't make the interview flow as they usually do.
