The whole interview process is about 6 parts. There is a phone screening, technical screening around what you have done and your knowledge, an interview with four individuals from the practice you are applying to, along with a present a presentation, where they will access how you structure your thoughts and communicate.

Second interview was scenario based - questions around previous project experience. Third interview with Director gave a further overview of the direction of the company and what it was like to work there
