J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Acoustic (Pune)
Entretien
The process started with a call from a recruitment consultant from Acoustic. She called me and explained all the great things about the company, and how the interview process would be transparent and I’ll know the result within two weeks from that day, whether I’m selected or not.
Then started the interview process- 4 interviews.
First was the discussion with the senior manager, who asked basic technical questions.
Second was the technical round, where there were a lot of technical questions.
Third round was the Japanese language round, where I was tested for speaking and reading skills.
All this went perfect. The team was highly impressed with my skills, and then I just had one last round, a discussion with the director of the process.
The final discussion was super casual and smooth. The director was impressed , and told me that he’ll just have some internal discussions, and I should hear from them maybe a day or two later.
It’s been three weeks now, I haven’t got any mail. The HR has stopped replying to my emails.
So all the commitments made during the first call were nothing but a lie, like most other organisations.
