The process began after my application was reviewed. I did an online video interview via hirevue. After the initial video interview I was scheduled for a telephone interview with a talent recruiter. After the telephone interview, I did an in person interview at one of the charter schools which included my giving a guest lesson to a group of third grade students and a debrief with the principal of the school and the recruiter. Finally I took a tour of the site that I would be working at and given a verbal offer of employment at the close of the tour. I was given a written offer two days after.
