It was quiet good and easy. They have very good selection process. People can go for it . I really love the company and the working environment. People are really very friendly.

The entire interview was conducted in 3 rounds:
Telephonic round with hr
Assesment round hr proctored (basically excel related)
Team lead discussion (behavioral questions work style and job description related)
Then offer confirmation via another phone call

About my experience in previous role and some micromanagement questions which I guess they applied in their process later (ps: I didn't got the credit for that)

The question asked in the Interview was easy. Just general questions was asked and telephonic interview was taken by the HR and the interview process was easy and they haven't take too much time to answer also.
