First phone interview was just to go over your resume. Second phone interview and in-person interview were both behavioral. Interview process is very transparent, they tell you what to expect. Surprisingly no technical questions in any of the interviews. After the in-person interview, I received a job offer about a week later. They give you about a week to decide whether or not you want to accept the offer.
