J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Bangkok) en juil. 2011
Entretien
The company visited my university, so I had a chance to submit an application form directly to a HR personnel. A few weeks later, she called me for an interview. The first interview was with a HR personnel. The second one was with mid-level manager, and the last one was with one of the senior executives. The most important one would be the second interview when you would be asked more difficult questions and whether you want to join the solution workforce (which I selected to become a software engineer) or the consulting workforce (that you can become an analyst or consultant).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions asked during the interview are not too difficult. Most of them can be expected like questions about your own strengths and weaknesses. The most difficult question would be the question about your achievement or failure, obstacles that you have faced, and how to overcome it. The interviewer seemed to try to assess your problem-solving ability, so try to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills well during the interview.

1st round technical
2nd managerial
3rd round hr
1st round was virtual, asked about project and technical questions based on project, some queries, quite good mostly focused on previous work
