They called in me asked me about my personnel details.After that i was asked on which all technologies i am comfortable and lastly i was asked to describe my work and previous projects.
Then they interview me on basic and some higher programming concepts and lastly skill test on my technology.

What will be the next evolution in telecom after LTE and other latest technology?

Entretien
It was a process of 3 rounds. Starts with a technical telephonic discussion, and a on-prem technical discussion, and finally the HR round. I found the HR are tough to negotiate, and they are really tricky.

Entretien
Only 1 technical round, you can clear even if you keep practicing some standard set of questions in your domain.
I felt personally the interview was not really good to judge people, it needs to be more difficult to clear. Because the more easy it is the more chances of wrong elements entering in.
