The interview process took about a month. At first there was a Telephonic interview (competency based). Once I cleared that I was invited for a face to face interview. The second stage comprised of a case study, competency based interview and a final HR interview. The interview process was well organised and my overall interview experience was good.
I was very confident that I will be able to get through. As I couldnt have done better in the first and the final HR round. For the case study, I will rate myself a 8 on a scale of 10.
The only part that I found unprofessional was that they never gave me a feedback as to why thet rejected me. I think that they rate the candidate on the basis of his case study.
Another advice is to not quote a salary figure or a band as I think it could also be detrimental. I have asked for a high salary figure.

The interview was so enjoyable which gave me
a glimpse about working at accenture. There were 4 steps:
1. HR
2. Direct supervisor
3. Manager
4. Final interview with MD
The HR was very informative, proffesional and gave feedback after each of interviews.

Contacted directly by an Accenture recruiter for IT Strategy Consultant role.
First round: Skills interview over the phone. General competency questions as well questions to judge your knowledge of IT strategy. What is the future of IT Strategy? Which companies do you think have good IT Strategies?
Second round: HR interview - more competency questions focusing on leadership. Also why do you want to join accenture?
Third round: MD interview, Case study and Potentia interview.

Applied online through the Accenture Website. Was shortly contacted by a recruiter to schedule the first interview.
Interview process consisted of 6 interviews: general interview with recruiter and then one skills, one behavioral, two case study and one general informational interview with senior managers/partners in the IT Strategy practice. Scheduling of all interviews was done with the recruiter, and they provided me with feedback from the individual interviews.
All interviews were over the phone, except for the last two interviews I was brought into the local office and interviewed through a teleconference system.

Case study interviews can always be difficult, as you need to ask smart questions to get to the solution in the allotted time period.
