The phone interview went well, the coding challenge went well, BUT the technical interview was somehow...the questions asked were easy but I could not understand the interviewer clearly because of the way he spoke, which was not my fault...so I learned that sometimes it depends on luck or maybe if the tech team which u will work with do not like you. Then there is nothing you can do about it even if you are too sure you can do the job. But I really love the interview process, the people, the culture, everything. I have applied to Auto1 every year for 4 straight years since 2018 because I really dream to work at the Company. I won't give up. I will surely try again someday.

Overall interview process is pretty smooth and quick. In my case it consisted of HR round, technical challenge(take home) and technical interview. Process was pretty fast and the whole process completed in 3 weeks.
