Initial phone call with the regional recruiter after submitting online application. Then meeting with the regional director for an on-site interview. The recruiter did most of the talking during the initial call explaining why ATI was a good company to work for.

What kind of environment are you looking for in your next position?
Simple interview. Met with the district director to discuss the role and then met the team and toured the clinic before accepting the offer. Most of the interview was based around my availability for scheduling.
