J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez AT&T en nov. 2021
Entretien
One of the most unprofessional interview process I ever went through as a new grad recruiting (TDP is ATAT's new grad program). Interviews started off well with HR and the rest of the team, albeit a bit scripted (they mentioned they were reading from a script).
However, after completing all 3 rounds of interviews I received 0 updates on my candidacy despite multiple emails to the recruiter. The recruiter said she I would hear back "by next week" which turned into a month. When I emailed her again (after 5 weeks), I received an automatic reply stating that my email had been blocked/undelivered to sender.
Never had I dealt with a company so unprofessional and disregard a candidates timeline + time.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews (online OA, 30 minute recruiter screening, 1hr technical interview, and 1hr behavioral interview. I didn't hear back after the final interview for about two months before learning that I got rejected.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why TDP, why this role depending on your role) for the first round. Second round was five separate case studies and how you would make decisions based on info. Third round was almost exactly like the LinkedIn 30 behavioral Qs

First you get an OA, then if you pass that you get a recruiter phone screen asking basic behavioral. Here is where I have an issue with AT&T. First time my recruiter rescheduled my interview the day of the interview and secondly the recruiter informed me that I would hear back within 1 week, regardless of outcome. It's now going on a month. I emailed her w/ a follow-up and no response, even with competing offer. Very slow process, would not recommend.

Question 1
For the OA there was some basic math, excel, and SQL questions
The interview process had three rounds: first, a call with a recruiter, then a technical interview with other current TDPs, and finally a behavioral interview with one of the associate directors. It was a smooth process, and the results were shared quickly whether or not you moved on to the next round.
