Small group interview, one quick group activity, then told to talk amongst ourselves, then a longer group activity. Everyone was really friendly, including the staff. Atmosphere was very relaxed. Asked to fill out a form with our availability and what sections wed like to work in etc, then taken for a one on one interview with one of the managers. Then taken to the shop floor and shown around and asked how we would show a customer to an item they are looking for.

Straightforward, not too harsh. Was seen by a manager who enquired about previous related jobs but after this I was pretty much offered the job with no further questions, with him simply detailing what would be expected of me, and discussing my hours
