They called me for an interview for Collections Officer even though I warned them I have no experience in this field they keep asking hypothetical questions about what I would do in certain situations and were surprised I had no idea how to respond like b i told u i have no experience and never was interested in this field what do you expect

they found my profile on another platform and asked to schedule an interview. i told them that i have no experience whatsoever in this field and they insisted. ended up not getting the offer but tbh for the salary they offered compared to the work volume they said i had to do i highly doubt i would've stayed there anyways
