I followed up with an email to ask if my application was still under consideration. Ghosted. After reading other reviews on interview experience at AMN, I am in good company. AMN... a great company?? Making a name for itself as having a horrible interview process. The LEAST you can do is get back with candidates YOU reached out to and interviewed. Get your act together and improve your recruiting reputation!
