The interview process was a standard one.
The first call was an HR screening, it was followed by 2 onsite interviews to meet the rest of the team. The people were really nice and very easy to talk to.

1)Intro call with Director of Talent Acquisition
2)Deep Dive Interview with two TA Managers
3)Call with CTO
The process was quick and incredibly insightful. I felt that both myself and the company were making as informed decision as it could be.
The intro call with Director of TA was very inspiring and gave me a very accurate overview of what Amboss is looking for in a TA specialist.
The Deep Dive interview was one of the best I ever had - my future colleagues covered all topics important for recruitment and I felt that we could work really well together as we shared the same values. Both interviewers also answered all my questions in depth.
Call with CTO was tremendously important from Stakeholder Management perspective. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to speak with my major stakeholder in C-level management.
