The MD himself contacted me via linkedin for opportunities. I gave my cv to the email id of head of engineering as provided by MD. Then i got interview call after 2 months. I went for interview. It was perfectly alright. They did not ask much technical (as they themselves are not that qualified I suppose). They just went through my cv and asked about my experience details. i explained. They agreed that day itself to give a good offer to me. But after two weeks, I did not hear from them. So I wrote back to them asking for the status of my interview and they informed that they cannot process me. The reason they used was my non-stability with one company for long-time. the reason is very poor because I had association with one of my previous company for something around 5 years while for others it was around 2 years on average. Only one company for 1 year. So complete misleading process. They agree in the interview room and then deny.
