The division I applied to held an information session for all interviewees prior to the first round of interviews. I found the inf session very useful; they answered a lot of questions I had about the role in their presentation and accepted more questions afterward. II would advise you to ask one or two good questions as the people hosing the info sessions are the ones interviewing you. I think it helped that they recognized me from the info session. The first interview was difficult for me. It felt like a mild interrogation. they may have done this on purpose to weed people out. I prepared for typical first interview questions but got a lot of scenario and resume-based leadership questions. The second interview was much easier for me. a lot more conversational. I felt more comfortable and the interviewer wasn't as rigid as the first. The whole process took 3 weeks from the info session to receiving an offer letter.

Seamless Process. Had one hireview interview online, then met with an operations manager for a live zoom interview, then met with another manager at the Springfield distribution center. I was not invited back for the next round of interviews, but It was a great learning experience.
