I applied for Aldi online the process took about 3 weeks. I completed an online assessment which took about an hour, these were multiple choice. The first 9 questions were about what type of worker best describes myself and which one describes me the least. Then it was a 30min assessment on 5 different scenarios and then the last questions were, paragraph type questions. Asking me about when I have good customer service, and why did I want to work for Aldi and my employment past. Once I finished this I got an email the next day asking me to come in for a one to one assessment, this was 30mins long. With 2 scenario questions asked and a 10mins Simple maths test at the end. Overall the store manager was very welcoming, and made to sure to make me feel relaxed. Now I'm just waiting to see if I get the next stage which is the in-store experience.

Started as a group where we were educated on the history and benefits about working at ALDI, and were asked what we think working at ALDI is like. Seemed like a good company with fair pay. The individual interview itself only asked availability.
