It wasn't a real interview. The e-mail described it as an "open house interview," but really it was me and a handful of other people showing up, we did a brief tour of the facility, the manager asked each person exactly one question (Why do you want to work for Aldi?) then it was over. It really felt like the interviewer was trying to get through things as fast as possible. And as our group was walking out there were another five people waiting outside for their "interview." I was really disappointed. I don't think I've ever attended such a lackluster interview.
