Entretien
First you have a phone interview with the recruiter, and then you go to the office and interview for "30 minutes". The interview lasts for 4 hours if they like you! You will meet all of the managers. Make sure to stay alert and excited the whole time! Try to have small stories of sales experience beforehand.

You have to conduct a sales call with only 15 minutes to prepare!
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
