After applying online, it was about 2-3 weeks before being contacted by phone to setup an interview. I met first with the department manager who asked some technical questions to get a feel for my knowledge and asked about what I like to do in my off time. Later I met with an HR rep who went over the position details and stated that I would be contacted with their decision. I was contacted later that day with the job offer, with the request to start in a 2-3 week timeframe.
