I applied online. Next week I received an email invitation to complete a recorded interview via HireVue app. The questions were a mix between customer service and computer literacy skills ranging from basic to intermediate level. It was comfortable being able to prepare before answering but it was one of the more challenging 1st interviews compared to others I've had. Two weeks after I was invited for a 2nd interview, this time live with a hiring manager. The second interview was less nerve-racking than the first and was more conversational which I liked. Received an email the next day with an offer.
