I applied to ABB Milan as a Marketing Intern through LinkedIn a couple of weeks later they sent me a video interview and English taste although the process was English video interview was in Italian and the English test was quite hard to solve in time. After I pass all the steps I made an interview with HR and a manager from Germany branch office and HR said to me she will inform me asap negative or positive way. Even if ask her in case of negative result will you give feedback and she approved. They didn't send any feedback, I wrote her in LinkedIn and didn't reply to me.

What are your expectations, talk about yourself, during the group projects what were your responsibility, why do you want to work in marketing, what is your Italian level
cv cover letter. telephone interview, went easily through it no hassles and then asked techinical questions about my past. flew me over for an interview from USA a nice hotel also. was very easy and no pressure- just wanted to get to know me as a person.
