J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez ABB (Bengaluru) en août 2013
Entretien
First there was a telephonic interview, followed by F2F at their bangalore office.
F2F comprises of 1) Technical round 2) managerial 3) HR
Based on the project they are hiring for the level of questions are decided.
For mid-level software developer role, they would ask basic technical questions from Microsoft technology stack. Some project related question that you have mentioned in your CV. Overall its not that difficult
The first round of interview went good, they asked basics and a logical coding question. But in the interview process its written incase of both acceptance and rejectance they will call. But i didnt receive any call or reply from the ABB. The interviewer told me I will receive a call within 3 or 4 days and he was happy with the interview.
1. Usually get call from naukri or any job portal. Or direct from abb HR, if your resume uploaded in abb job portal. You can see in linkdin also. 2. Once you shown intrest or resume screening, you may get a call from line manager for 5-10 min interaction session by telephone about JD or Role. 3. As per your convince one technical round happens. 4. After qualifying in tech , another round discussion happens between manager . 5. Then final hr round where you get opportunity to discuss package.

There were two technical followed by one HR round. It was a video interview. I felt their process was very good and short. I won't say it as an interview but rather a discussion.

Question 1
I won't mention the question here as there were many questions asked and also It's not necessarily the same will be asked again. Better go through the JD properly and prepare accordingly.
