We have reviewed our electronic communications following your interview and can find no record of a failure to respond to anything providing dates for additional interviews. Many candidates come to us via recruiters and much communication happens via recruiters. While we believe we are using professional recruiters, is it possible that that was where the communication failure happened. Candidates should always feel free to contact us directly as well if their recruiter is not responsive. We’re not perfect, but it would be very unusual for us not to reply in some manner to a candidate.
