I did a phone screen with a Recruiter. He texted me quite a bit throughout the process. My final stage was a Zoom interview with the overall head of Human Resources (the CHRO). I was overqualified for the job and the company culture was not a fit for me (read cis-gender hetero male dominated culture) - I asked about diversity with the CHRO and he smiled, chuckled and said he was new. I never heard another word from them!
