It was made so as to test if I was capable enough for the role, to develop concepts and make prototypes of the same. The role was to bring ideas to prototype stage and hence the interview was designed to be so.

One to one interview with hiring manager, asked basic questions such as experience and goals. Overall, very pleasant, more interested in your interest and why you chose to go for the internship

Entretien
Straight to the point. Interviewer was friendly. Interviewer screen through all applications resume which I felt was fair. Interviewer also hired based on past experience instead of grades which I'm greatful for.
Panel interview. The interview process was casual. Mostly generic questions asked like what made u choose this job, what do u plan to learn during your time here, have u applied to any companies aside from ours, reason for applying to those companies
