Went well, got a position. Now trying to move after 3 years, I have applied to over 50 positions, some lateral, some would be a promotion and even a few lower grade. I have had 2 interviews and the rest have been sorry charlie, keep trying. After 50+, that outragous and unacceptable. It is definately, not what you know, it is WHO you know.

pretty straight forward no tricks. The second interview was like a panel all really nice people. Ask plenty of questions. that will intrigue them. They like people that are curious.

I was asked to come in for an interview with 3 admins who work on the same team I'd be working with. About 2 hours later, I was called and asked to come in for a second interview the following week and met with one of the same admins and the manager I would be supporting. I was called a day or so later and was offered the position I applied for.
