J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 2U en juil. 2013

Fun yet challenging. There were a healthy number of people to interview with and all had varying questions. I was very comfortable and enjoyed meeting with everyone (phone and f2f). The overall experience was very good - years later and my experience remains the same at 2U.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Standard interview questions - describe challenging time, why do you want.. etc., etc.
A few fun/creative questions - What kind of animal would you be? I have heard of interviewers asking if you could "teach them something from beginning to end" and more.
3 round interview; It was one with the recruiter, one with the team (team you will work with) and one with the director of the team (1:1). Lots of questions. All on video.

How do you answer a question when you do not know the answer?
3 Rounds:
1. Recorded interview where you have 30 seconds to read a question and prepare, and then 2 minutes to answer the question. There are no do-overs.
2. Over the phone
3. In front of a panel

Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
