I'm sorry you can't read a meeting invite properly. We never asked you to come to our office, you were supposed to have a phone call interview as mentioned within our email. And yes, we had an immature HR process, but that's why we were hiring HR people to help fix this... I'm glad we have solved this problem now since we hired a dedicated People and Culture Team.
