We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm based in Brussels. You will be providing all-round administrative support to the lawyers and the Office Manager. You will provide them with all-round administrative support. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience. This is a permanent contract.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Agenda management and travel arrangements
- Handling the library
- Assisting with billing management
- Organizing events
- Proofreading and editing various legal documents
- Assisting with administration activities for the office
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Excellent French and English language skills (written and spoken)
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial/Office studies or equivalent by experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, solution oriented, good multitasker and discreet
- You already have a first experience in a similar role (preferably in a legal environment)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
